Job Purpose
An opportunity to support the delivery of operational processes in the RCVS Academy. Working collaboratively within the Academy team and across multiple departments within the College to deliver accurate processes that maintain and improve Academy functionality. Working within quality assurance frameworks and associated legislation to ensure digital learning functions remain high-quality, secure, efficient and learner centric.
This role will involve collecting and maintaining data, providing reports and supporting learners with access and queries. Working with the Operational Manager and communications team, the Academy Officer will support delivery of the engagement strategy, Academy Live online and in-person events. A flexible mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a range of stakeholders is essential to meet the varied responsibilities of this role.
