Job Purpose
An opportunity to write and edit learning content for the RCVS Academy online learning management system (LMS).
Working within the Academy team and collaborating with stakeholders to develop relevant, accurate and responsive learning that supports our professions to meet the standards set by the RCVS. Working within a quality assurance framework to ensure content remains accessible, learner-centric and consistent with our style and guidelines. The role also involves developing communications and tools to increase internal and external engagement with the Academy.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop learning content that supports our professions, develops the Academy brand, and increases engagement. An enthusiasm for learning with a strong, detail-orientated and organised approach is required to meet the responsibilities of this role. An open-minded, flexible, and positive outlook is essential to support and drive our continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Write and edit learning content for the RCVS Academy.
2. Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to meet the requirements of each individual project.
3. Apply frameworks and guidelines to quality-assure and drive continuous improvement.
4. Develop and deliver communications that increase Academy engagement.
