Job purpose
An opportunity to lead the design, development, and integration of digital learning courses for the RCVS Academy online learning management system (LMS).
Working within the Academy team and collaborating with stakeholders to create innovative and engaging digital learning to meet identified learning outcomes and applying best digital learning design practice. Working with the digital team to lead the front-end LMS design to ensure relevant, up-to-date applications for optimal learner experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Academy team, leading the digital design and development of the LMS. Working within the team will involve some line management responsibility. A creative mindset with a flexible, positive approach is required to meet the varied responsibilities of this role. Innovation and an enthusiasm to explore the use of new digital learning and development solutions is essential to support the continuous improvement of the Academy.
Key responsibilities
1. Manage the design and improvements of digital learning content within the learning management system.
2. Work with stakeholders to understand and respond to learning outcomes and project requirements.
3. Manage continuous improvement of content to increase learner engagement and experience.
4. Work across multiple projects and teams to ensure high-quality content is delivered on time.
